SHIPPING POLICY
All of our linen loofahs are handmade in Dorset using materials sourced in and around the UK. We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days. If you needed your loofah sooner or for a particular day of arrival, you can drop an email to Tanya@naturallynaked.co
Mainland UK postage is £2.99 (up to 2kg) -£9.99 (over 2kg)
International shipping is £4.99 (up to 200g)
Your loofah should arrive within 3 days of your dispatch date (Mainland UK) International orders will be a little longer depending on where you are in the world. We will send an updated expected arrival email to keep you informed. We do not take responsisbilty for any import duty on international orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are more than happy to accept returns so long as you drop us an email to let us know at tanya@naturallynaked.co and that the loofah is returned to us in a saleable condition within a 14 day period of receipt. We will not be able to refund shipping costs.
